The commercial on the 2013 harvest promotes the new milling machines: three advanced systems, designed and produced by Pieralisi, able to process the olives without adding water. The machines are only available at three mills in ​​Valdarno area near Florence and Arezzo: the Setteponti, the Ciuffenna, and the Ricasoli.
